Senior Test Engineer:
This position will oversee/carry-out with independence and exemplary technical leadership:
- Custom Test Program Development – Design and implement innovative testing programs to evaluate material, mechanical, performance, and fatigue properties of rubber products and thermal fluidic polymer systems.
- Engineering Design and Fabrication – Develop precise designs for test fixtures, equipment, and systems, utilizing extensive knowledge of elastomers, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Machining and Prototyping – Personally machine and assemble test components, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and performance requirements.
- Data Analysis and Reporting – Analyze complex test data, identify trends, and generate detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting – Address and resolve technical challenges in test development, execution, and results interpretation with discernment and professionalism.
- Collaboration and Coordination – Work closely with cross-functional teams, including clients, technicians, and other engineers, to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Client Communication – Translate technical results and methodologies into client-friendly language, effectively presenting findings and recommendations.
- Technical Leadership – Mentor junior engineers and technicians, fostering skill development and ensuring adherence to high technical standards.
- Continuous Innovation – Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to integrate cutting-edge methods into test designs.
- Equipment Maintenance and Optimization – Oversee the calibration, maintenance, and improvement of test equipment to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Standards and Compliance – Ensure all testing programs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Time and Resource Management – Manage project timelines and resources efficiently to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Documentation and Recordkeeping – Maintain detailed records of test procedures, designs, and results for traceability and future reference.
- Safety Oversight – Implement and enforce safety protocols in all testing and fabrication activities.
- Interdisciplinary Integration – Apply expertise in electrical, mechanical, and material sciences to develop comprehensive testing solutions.
- Strategic Input – Contribute to organizational strategies for expanding testing capabilities and meeting market demands.
- Cost Management – Optimize testing processes to balance cost efficiency with technical precision.
- Candidate must be a professional, discerning and motivated problem solver capable of personally designing, machining, executing and coordinating innovative engineering testing programs.
- Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, 15 years of Custom Fabrication & Design Experience, Extensive knowledge of elastomers, electrical and mechanical systems
- Proficiency Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, knowledge of quality/calibration standards with certification agencies, strong time management skills

Quality Manager:
This position will oversee and/or carry out:
- The company’s day-to-day Quality System to ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025/ISO 9001/ISO 13485
- Supervise and coach Quality Deputy as needed
- Promote self-reporting Quality culture
- Authorized to issue company-wide “stop work and resume work” orders when nonconforming quality situations are encountered
- Maintain quality manual, quality work instructions and electronic quality files
- Plan and lead accreditation, internal, customer and management requested audits per established schedule
- Develop and conduct quality training (Quality systems, Problem solving techniques, Project management skills etc.) when required
- Direct teams to investigate non-conformities (customer concerns, project reports, audit findings) as they occur
- Issue and track corrective and preventive actions when identified
- Manage addition, subtractions and revision to ISO 17025 Scopes and Accreditation.
- Prepare and conduct Management Review Meetings
- Support calibration, proficiency testing, customers surveys, vendor approvals
- Candidate must be a professional, discerning and motivated problem solver directing the execution of routine Quality practices.
- Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, 10 years of Quality Management Experience, Extensive knowledge of ISO 17025 and Quality Management Systems.
- Proficiency Requirements:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, knowledge of quality/calibration standards with certification agencies, strong time management skills
